Meet Madeline

It’s hard to say exactly where La Mar began.

Maybe it started with a little girl who loved getting her hands dirty. Maybe it began on a farm, with a story, and a deeply rooted love for food.

It was nurtured by farm-to-table values, watered by craft and practice, and shaped by a genuine admiration for community.

What began as an intimate dining experience under the name “Simone’s”, a nod to her middle name, and quickly grew into something bigger. By February 2023, Madeline was hosting immersive dinner parties, collaborating with small businesses, and building a community around intentional, curated meals.

La Mar began with a girl who wanted to feel life deeply. Now, she wants to share that feeling with you.
